It shows aromas of the land, fresh fruit, strawberry and cherry, it is concentrated, floral, it shows lavender and sage, there is fresh grass, cherry stone, clay and wax. There is an aroma of mother yeast, it seems that you are kneading bread, of cereal. It is liked on the nose, it is very lively and delicate, captivating. As it goes deeper, notes of pollen and dried hazelnut skin come out.
