White wine with an intense straw yellow colour, deep nose marked by notes of white fruit, fennel and Mediterranean forest, peach skin and citrus aromas. It presents a wide and salty mouth, loaded with textures and depth combined with lightness and elegance. Present and balanced acidity, with an austere and old cut. The chestnut wood gives it complexity and spicy memories, without masking the varietal essence of a white raisin treated with the utmost respect.
