Nose of oxidized aged champagne with notes of chalk, oxidized citrus, ripe flower petals, sublime white citrus & ripe wheat plants in a soft summer breeze. Full body perception with good acidity, lovely mineral intense smooth & peppery citrus in a ghost of ethereal vanilla & bread, stale top sparkler notes & ethereal smooth lemon fruit hints.
