Visual: The colour is more open than usual for a Toro wine, due to short maceration early among other things, along with the use of cold during vinification. Dark cherry red, blue tones of youth. Clean and bright. Nose: Good intensity. Balsamic aromas reminiscent of pine , cedar , liquorice appear . not overripe fruit, blackberry, cassis, raspberry, blueberry, black plums, cherries. Fresh aromas. Accompanying the barrel, not very evident, with sweetish and spicy notes. The wine has good journey and evolution in the glass. Taste: The attack is friendly satin. Good structure that is felt during passage through the mouth. Acidity and bitterness that round the drink. Pleasant aftertaste that invites a second sip.
