Colour, between orange, light copper and dark peach. Small bubbles. On the nose it has a very fruity profile with a start of red apple, hints of stone fruit as apricot and tropical fruit as lychee and touches of dried flowers. On the palate, the flavour is also very clear of red apple, with good citric acidity, very balanced, and creamy to the touch with perfectly integrated bubbles. Good depth with a delicious harmony between the contained sweet flavours and a slightly bitter finish.
